Bryan did the entire second half of the trip with us and things certainly changed a lot after he got there.Suddenly there was a lot more jumping in the river in middle of rapids, a lot more dangerous stunts each night at camp, and more than anything a lot more laughing - sometimes at the expense of others but never anything that we couldn't all handle.

Monika, also known as "The Rockin' Slovakian," was easily the most powerful rower on the trip. When she put her entire strength into it she could almost make the boat move.

April was the only southerner on our trip. It turns out that they're really not such bad people after all. Quite entertaining most of the time in fact.

Jill's deathly afraid of whitewater so she only spent 2 days on the river and only after she was promised that there were no rapids to speak of between Nefertiti and Green River State Park. Luckily we didn't tell her about the diversion dam ahead of time or she would have stayed home.

Anna was continually cold for the 5 days she spent with us but somehow she still had a good time. Turns out that she's just so used to being cold that it doesn't even bother her all that much anymore.

Craig more closely resembles the Uni Bomber than anyone else on our trip. He also spent the least amount of time on the river. Mostly though because his "Sport 300" sprung a leak just after he joined us and that was it for him. He wasn't about to waste his time on something as boring as a 14 foot hypalon boat. This would be just way to safe and boring for Craig. Note: Yes, a "Sport 300" is really small and does come from K-Mart.
Chris, as you can easily tell from these pictures, was our experienced and down to earth trip leader who always kept us on task. Without his leadership and knowledge our trip likely would have never been conceived let alone actually carried out.
